What is a Supplier Portal?
It is a web tool provided by AdelWiggins to allow you as a our primary supplier, to view the list of POs with information such as expected delivery dates, quantities along with supporting documents such as drawings and specifications. It allows you to confirm whether you can deliver based on the requested date. If you cannot, it allows you to propose alternative delivery dates and quantities. The system will also allow you to provide advance shipment notice that a product has been shipped.

What are the required parameters to complete Shipment Notification?
You only need to enter the following information:
- Bill of Lading
- Ship Quantity
- Number of Boxes
If you need to enter information other than specified above, please be cautioned that the quantity and price must be exact (matching the PO precisely), and the ship date must not be more than the system allows (3 days early
What is the sequence of steps needed to complete a shipment?
You need to complete the Send Shipment Notice and Print Shipping Label.
Why do I get error when logging in?
Aside from invalid user id and password, please make sure it is not between our system backup window (time shown below)
Systems Backup Hours
Please note the supplier Portal will not be available between the following hours during systems backup:
- Monday – Friday 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
- Sunday 12:00 am to 6:00 am
Why the system does not allow me to generate label?
Supplier Portal will prevent you from generating shipping label if you are outside of the allowable shipping window
